How do you make a great first impression?
Participants will gain knowledge on how to consistently stay on a course of respect and authenticity. Students will be given tools to create lasting positive impressions, preparing them for any opportunities or challenges that may arise.

  • Being prepared
  • Deleting negativity and gossip
  • Appearance

Conversability™

Do presentations, speeches, interviews = sweaty palms, a dry mouth, butterflies?
Conversability™ will provide participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to clearly and confidently articulate their message.

  • Steps to clear communication
  • Choosing respectful language
  • Having difficult conversations

In this workshop, participants will have an opportunity to examine and discover their core values and principles. Participants of all ages can learn Calmfidence™ which enables a consistent, positive attitude.
