How do you make a great first impression?
Participants will gain knowledge on how to consistently stay on a course of respect and authenticity. Students will be given tools to create lasting positive impressions, preparing them for any opportunity or challenge that may arise.
Some of the topics to be discussed are:
- Respecting time
- Being prepared
- Deleting negativity and gossip
- Understanding the power of appearance

Do your beliefs and behaviors compliment each other?
Through the Creating an Engaging Individual Brand™ workshop, participants will have an opportunity to examine and discover their core values and principles. Participants of all ages can learn Calmfidence, which enables a consistent, positive attitude.

Conversability™
Do presentations, speeches, interviews = sweaty palms, a dry mouth, butterflies?
Conversability will provide participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to clearly and confidently articulate their message.

- Steps to clear communication
- Choosing respectful language
- Having difficult conversations
